How Long Does Shipping Take; When Will I Receive My Order?
From Sunday to Thursday I ship the next business day, within 24 hours of payment. Orders made on the weekend will ship on Monday morning and you can expect to receive your order in 5 to 12 business days. These times are delivery standards set out by Canada Post. I ship quickly but there are sometimes postal service or customs delays. Please contact me if you are concerned about your order and I’ll do what I can to determine the delay.

 

Is Shipping Discounted When Multiple Items Are Purchased?
Yes, in most cases shipping is discounted on multiple items. Large orders are sometimes less for shipping than what is calculated as it assumes all patterns are the same weight where some are generally lighter. I do refund excess shipping charges of more than $1 to your payment method. Details can be found on my Payment & Shipping page.

 

Are Your Patterns New?
I gather my patterns from various sources (that is one of the best parts for me) so most have been previously owned. Modern sewing patterns and noted vintage patterns are uncut with factory folds. Some vintage patterns, have been cut and the condition will be posted in that listing.

Each sewing pattern has been gone through by me to be sure all the pieces are included and that they are in good shape. I lightly press and fold them neatly so they arrive in the best possible condition. If there are any tears, marks or missing pieces I will note it in the description of that listing. I make every effort to describe items accurately, but if you are unsure of something, you are welcome to contact me with more specific questions.

What Is Your Refunds & Exchange Policy?
I want you to be happy with your purchase, buyer satisfaction is very important to me! If for some reason you are not please contact me and I will do what I can to make things right! I will work with you until we come to a mutual solution.

Conditions of returns
If a refund is given it will be for the cost paid for the items and will not include shipping costs. An exception is if an error was made by me, then the refund will include the item cost plus shipping cost. I may request the item be returned to me in the same condition that it was sent.
